For the past month or so I have ordered a shake only to be told they are “not available at this time” the machine is down. This is unacceptable to be tempted only to be told this–the drive thru board does not have this item covered up and needs to be covered or removed from the board. Then Juliana had the audacity to try add a Strawberry drink as a substitute. Now you tell me what does a strawberry drink have to do when I am asking for ice cream shake? Very very very disappointed in this store. To add insult to injury so to speak she told us no to jalapenos to the double del and when I told her we always added these she had to ask someone then said ok. When we got home there may have been 2 jalapenos on the double del so I guess they are 25 cents a piece? Do we need to drive 16 miles round trip to get what we want to eat?
So , glad that during this con-virus19 changes, the pleasant great employees . Some of them old and some new make my visit always nice. Like a smile underneath the face mask, I’m a regular and a senior customer. I need to be sure , I let the crew know that a Thank You is sincere.
