  1. Went to Bass Pro Jan 3, 2021, when we got home we tried to do survey but said it was closed. Maybe good thing it was closed because the survey wasn’t a real positive, Since they merged with Cabela’s it’s going down hill.

I completed the info and got my coupon for 20.00. There was no mention of having to make my purchase with the Bass Pro credit card. When I checked out, I tried to redeem my gift card, and was told that they had already charged the new Bass Pro Card, and that I would have to go to returns to get the purchase removed from the card. I have now driven 100 miles and I still have the gift card that I went to redeem. This has really turned me off to Bass Pro.

  8. Received the Black Friday Sale flyer in the mail. Clearly says throughout flyer November 22 – 28. Went to store to purchase advertised Johnny Morris Carbonlite 2.0 reel for $89.97 on Monday, November 22. Was told the sale was only for Black Friday the 26. The flyer clearly says Nov 22-28. Then they told me they didn’t have the blue model that would be on sale anyway! I am so disappointed in Bass Pros false advertising.
